Privacy policy
What this website collects, why, and how to have it removed. Last updated 11 October 2026.
Who we are
This website, blackdrome.tech, is run by Blackdrome AI Labs. For anything about your data, write to hello@blackdrome.tech.
What we collect
The contact form
When you send the contact form we receive what you type into it: the reason for contact, your name, your work email, your organisation, and your message. We use it only to read and answer your enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share it for advertising.
Server logs
Like every website, our hosting provider records technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure.
Analytics
If analytics is switched on and you accept it, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets cookies in your browser and IP addresses are anonymised. If you decline, or make no choice, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set.
You have not made a choice yet.
Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage. The site sets no other cookies.
Who processes it for us
We use service providers to host the site, deliver contact form messages and, if you accept it, provide analytics. They may process data outside your country.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages stay in our email for as long as the conversation is useful, and are deleted on request.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@blackdrome.tech and we will answer. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Our models and code
Noma and our other open-source releases run on your own hardware. They do not send your inputs, outputs or usage to us.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
