blackdrome.tech is run by Blackdrome AI Labs. It describes our research, projects and publications. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Our open releases have their own licences

These terms cover the website only. Our code, model weights and papers are released under their own licences, which are stated where each one is published. For example, the Noma code and weights are under MPL-2.0 and the Noma paper is under CC BY 4.0. Where a licence and these terms differ, the licence governs that release.

Website content

Unless a page says otherwise, the text, graphics and logos on this site belong to Blackdrome AI Labs. You may quote from the site and link to it with attribution. Please do not use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse something we have not.

Research information, not advice

The site reports research results and describes experimental systems. We work to keep it accurate, and our publications state their own limits. It is provided as it is, without warranties, and it is not professional advice. Decide for yourself whether a model or method suits your use, and keep a person in the loop for decisions with legal, medical, financial or safety consequences.

Links to other sites

We link to sites we do not run, such as GitHub, Hugging Face and Zenodo. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, and do not use the contact form to send spam or unlawful material.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Blackdrome AI Labs is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of this website or reliance on its content.

How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
